Annual Professional Inspection
Included free with your warranty. Our technician will perform preventive maintenance and check all systems.
Monthly Cleaning
Wipe down benches and interior surfaces. Use only approved cleaning solutions—harsh chemicals void warranty.
Proper Ventilation
Ensure your sauna has adequate ventilation. Follow electrical & plumbing requirements specified in manual.
Authorized Repairs Only
All warranty work must be performed by Retain Gym Store technicians or authorized partners. DIY repairs void coverage.
